The philosophy of the Institute shall be governed by the principles of organic agriculture and the ideas of the organic movement. Organic farming has key elements and characteristics that distances itself from the conventional such in production methods and ways as at business level:
• The commitment to social visions and participation in the environmental movement through the rational management of available resources,
• The strict quality assurance standards,
• The orientation to economies of scale in order to optimize financial results.
Organic farming is a labour of intensive activity and knowledge. The producer of organic products has to be consistent with high social responsibility, must have a continuing education / information which will apply at all stages of the production process.
